Shipping

Orders will be sent out within 2-7 business days with either USPS Ground Advantage or Priority shipping depending on buyer's choice at checkout. Tracking included.

Delivery typically takes 2-10 business days. Expect any delays due to COVID-19 and other issues out of my control.

I am not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses, so please double check that you have the correct address at checkout. If order is shipped out prior to being contacted for an address change, buyer will need to pay for additional costs to have the items replaced (dependent on if the item is still available).

Once the package is with the post office, I no longer have control or responsibility over the package. I am not liable for any mistakes made by the post office. Please be patient and contact me if you do not receive your package.

International Shipping

I currently accept international orders for Canada, Mexico, and Australia (First Class shipping only). Certain countries require VAT and processing fees in addition to duty and taxes fees that will need to be paid by buyer in order to receive/release their package.

Returns & Refunds

All items are final sale. The only exception is if item was/becomes damaged on my part, then the option for a refund, exchange, or replacement will be available. Buyer must contact me and provide photo proof of damages.

Contact me within: 7 days of delivery

Ship items back to me within: 14 days of delivery

If the item is not returned in its original condition or as shown in photo proof, buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Please note that items may not be able to be exchanged or repaired if there are no more extra items and/or pieces on hand.

There are no refunds or returns on custom orders.

How to care for earrings and prevent tarnish

Brass, base metals and silver in general: Over time, metals do tarnish when exposed to oxygen. Avoid getting your earrings wet or interacting with different elements such as lotion, creams, etc. Store your earrings away from direct sunlight, preferably in a jewelry box, drawer, or even in re-sealable zipper storage bags.

Acrylic is best cleaned by wiping gently with a soft microfiber cloth OR using a little bit of soap and warm water. Avoid using solvents (alcohol, acetone, hand sanitizer, etc.) to clean as they can cause permanent marks and cracks in the acrylic!

To clean any brass tarnish, you can use a jewelry polishing cloth.
